Marijuana: Ingestion methods

Marijuana is usually ingested by smoking, often in joints, which are loosely rolled cigarettes, or blunts, which are hollowed-out cigars in which the tobacco filler has been replaced with marijuana. A water pipe, or bong, which filters the smoke through water, can also be used, and is frequently employed when smoking hashish or charas. Marijuana can also be ingested orally, either mixed with other foods or brewed as a tea.
